By using RJV Consulting Services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

    RJV Consulting Services provides professional consulting in various industries, including but not limited to business strategy, operations, and management consulting. Services may be delivered remotely or in person, depending on the agreement with the client.

  • 2. Service Agreements & Contracts

  • All one-on-one consulting services require a signed written contract before work begins.

  • The contract will outline the scope, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms specific to each engagement.

  • We reserve the right to decline service if a client does not agree to the terms stated in the contract.

  • 3. Payment Terms

  • All payments must be made upfront before services commence unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • Payments are accepted via Apple Pay, Google Pay, credit card, and other methods as specified.

  • Failure to complete payment may result in service suspension or cancellation.

  • 4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Clients must provide written notice to cancel or reschedule services.

  • Cancellations made at least one week prior to the service start date are eligible for a refund as per our Refund Policy.

  • Rescheduling requests will be accommodated based on availability and at our discretion.

  • Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeited payments.

  • 5. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate and complete information required for service delivery.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring timely communication and availability for scheduled sessions or project milestones.

  • Any delays caused by the client may impact the agreed timeline, and RJV Consulting Services will not be held liable for such delays.

  • 6. Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary or sensitive information shared during the consulting engagement.

  • RJV Consulting Services will not disclose client information to third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.

  • 7. Intellectual Property

  • Any materials, reports, or recommendations provided by RJV Consulting Services are for the client's use only and may not be distributed, copied, or repurposed without permission.

  • RJV Consulting Services retains the intellectual property rights to its proprietary methods, tools, and frameworks used during consulting engagements.

  • 8. Limitation of Liability

  • RJV Consulting Services will make every effort to provide high-quality consulting services, but we do not guarantee specific business outcomes or results.

  • We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

  • 9. Dispute Resolution

  • In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation first.

  • If mediation does not resolve the issue, the matter may proceed to binding arbitration, conducted in accordance with the laws of Florida.

  • Legal action may only be pursued if mediation and arbitration fail.

  • 10. Governing Law
    These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal disputes shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of Florida courts.

Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Clients may request a refund if they cancel at least one week prior to the start date.

  • No refunds are issued for services already delivered.

2. Process for Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, contact info@rjvconsultingservices.com with proof of payment.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Consulting fees after service initiation.

  • Administrative or processing fees.

4. Processing Time
Refund processing time depends on the client’s bank.

5. Refund Method
Refunds are issued via Zelle.
